Our structure is a vibrant group of over 450 Independent Contractors who proudly operate their own ISR Businesses.  The innovation and new ideas brought forth by so many individual perspectives provide the backbone of virtually every structure within ISR, and we recognize this and oftentimes offer leadership and staff positions based on a demonstrated special ability or uniquely effective method.

Though we do hire outside of ISR, overwhelmingly, we hire from within; In fact, 84% of the ISR staff once operated their own ISR Business and that gives the ISR Management Team a unique ability to connect with a first year Instructor as readily as a seasoned veteran.  Becoming an ISR Instructor does not mean leaving your unique expertise and experience behind, it means bringing your abilities and personality to a team that celebrates and furthers you.
