In a community shaped by the Chesapeake Bay, boating, and waterfront living, water is part of everyday life for Annapolis families. Parents here want their children to feel calm, capable, and confident in and around the water. Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) provides proven one-on-one survival swim instruction that helps children build real water competence, steady confidence, and skills that can last a lifetime.
We’re expanding in Annapolis and inviting a small group of passionate individuals to become certified ISR Instructors.
What You'll Do
- Teach individualized survival swim skills to children ages 6 months–6 years
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with local families
- Set your own schedule and grow a business you own
- Deliver instruction that creates real, lasting impact
ISR is not group swim lessons. It’s personalized, life-saving instruction designed around each child.
