Cedar Rapids families value safety, strong community relationships, and opportunities that help children grow with confidence. From neighborhood pools to nearby lakes and recreation, water plays an important role in family life. Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) provides proven one-on-one survival swim instruction that helps children build calm confidence, real capability, and life-saving skills.
We’re expanding in Cedar Rapids and inviting a small group of passionate individuals to become certified ISR Instructors.
What You'll Do
- Teach individualized survival swim skills to children ages 6 months–6 years
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with families
- Set your own schedule and grow a business you own
- Deliver instruction that makes a lasting difference
ISR is not group swim lessons. It’s personalized, life-saving instruction centered on each child’s safety.
