Bloomington’s educated, family-focused community places high value on safety, development, and meaningful childhood experiences. From community pools to nearby lakes, water is part of everyday recreation. Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) provides proven one-on-one survival swim instruction that helps children develop calm confidence, real water competence, and skills that can last a lifetime.
We’re expanding in Bloomington and inviting a small group of passionate individuals to become certified ISR Instructors.
What You'll Do
- Teach individualized survival swim skills to children ages 6 months–6 years
- Build lasting relationships with local families
- Set your own schedule and grow a business you own
- Deliver instruction that creates meaningful daily impact
ISR is not group swim lessons. It’s personalized instruction built around each child’s safety and confidence.
