From neighborhood pools to nearby lakes and recreation, water is a regular part of family life. Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) provides proven one-on-one survival swim instruction that helps children build calm confidence, real capability, and skills that last a lifetime.
We’re expanding in Charlottesville and inviting a small group of passionate individuals to become certified ISR Instructors.
What You'll Do
- Teach individualized survival swim skills to children ages 6 months–6 years
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with families
- Set your own schedule and grow a business you own
- Deliver instruction that makes a real difference every day
ISR is not group swim lessons. It’s personalized, life-saving instruction designed around each child.
