We’re thrilled that you’re interested in becoming a Certified Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) Instructor! There’s never been a better time to join the ISR team and we can’t wait to tell you why.

Who are we?

The ISR team is made up of people just like you who want to make a difference in their community and help keep children safe in and around the water. As a business owner, each ISR Instructor also enjoys the flexibility of creating their own perfect work/life balance while benefiting from the robust support that ISR provides based on our six decades of experience. We have the technique to teach children to safely and efficiently learn survival skills in the water and the tools to help you operate your own, successful business. Collectively, we are a team of more than 1,000 Instructors worldwide providing more than 1.5 million lessons each year… but the difference we make is truly realized one child at a time.

Your Own Business

Your success in operating your own business as an ISR Instructor means more children learn potentially life-saving skills in the water, which is the ultimate win-win! ISR Instructors can rely on the highly sought after ISR brand to help generate immediate interest as well as benefiting from business-building support and tools custom-tailored to ISR Instructors’ needs. Giving Back

Giving back to families has always been a part of ISR’s culture and, as we’ve grown, so has our commitment to help. For example, with ISR’s Pay It Forward training scholarship program, we’ve supported lesson scholarships for more than 5,000 children since 2020. When you connect with a member of our Expansion Team, be sure to ask about this scholarship program to see if it’s the right fit.
