Families in Lincoln value safety, education, and strong foundations for their children. Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) provides proven one-on-one survival swim instruction that helps children develop real water competence, calm under pressure, and confidence that lasts a lifetime.
We’re expanding in Lincoln and inviting a small group of passionate individuals to become certified ISR Instructors.
What You'll Do
- Teach individualized survival swim skills to children ages 6 months to 6 years
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with families in your community
- Set your own schedule and grow a business you own
- Deliver instruction that makes a real, lasting difference every day
ISR is not group swim lessons. It’s personalized, life-saving instruction designed around each child’s safety and confidence.

Training & Support
No prior swim teaching experience is required. ISR provides:
