Richmond families place a strong emphasis on education, enrichment, and creating safe foundations for their children. From neighborhood pools to nearby rivers and recreation areas, water is part of everyday life. Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) provides proven one-on-one survival swim instruction that helps children build calm confidence, real water competence, and skills that can last a lifetime.
We’re expanding in Richmond and inviting a small group of passionate individuals to become certified ISR Instructors.
What You'll Do
- Teach individualized survival swim skills to children ages 6 months–6 years
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with local families
- Set your own schedule and grow a business you own
- Deliver instruction that creates real, lasting impact
ISR is not group swim lessons. It’s personalized, life-saving instruction designed around each child.
